Yo creo que las bocas de entrada y salida son las mismas (la de entrada lo confirma la web de Garret) pero y las líneas del agua??
Alguna foto en detalle de un GT17 montado, desde arriba y de frente??

Entre el colector de escape y lo turbo T25 la medida es #6, en los GT17 la medida es #5

El TD04 entre los motores B2x4x y B2x5x los motores también son diferentes

B2x4x Motors - TD04HL-15T #6
B2x5x Motors - TD04HL-15T #5

Esta diferencia equivale a 30 / 40 CV más al final turbos # 6

Tengo un T25 para la venta, pero creo que se ve mejor con un GT17 o incluso un TD04HL-15T #6

Para mi que el colector es siempre el mismo, no veo diferencia entre el del Viggen, por ejemplo, y unos con un GT17...

Por supuesto todos los motores son B2x5x (Trionic 7) con la DI negra

Pues no veo diferencias, aparte que los que indica NLS (No Longer Served) pues eso..

Well maybe by Spanish is not the best but as you can see for B2x5x engines (GM9-3/9-5)and late B204x engines in 900 (1997/1998) the exhaust manifold is the same Part Number, so obviously the the exit on the exhaust manifold is the same size ... that is why you can interchange TD04HL-15T #5 by GT17 in this engines.

9000 uses a exhaust manifold exit of #6 and of course the Part number

And if I'm not mistake NLS means No longer Supplied

Bueno, no hacía falta hacerse el listillo, simplemente decía que no veía diferencia en los colectores, el colector del 93 también acepta el #6 sin restricciones, y seguramente mejor que el del 9000, el cual sufre de ciertos fallos y desarrolla grietas, quizá por eso lo dejaron de producir.

Ah, y las faltas en inglés, pues sin mas comentarios..

Of course you can use any turbo (stock SAAB) #6 on a #5 exhaust manifold, but you won't use it's full potential

I think SAAB decided to change exhaust manifolds from #6 to #5 to have better torque at low RPM, the exhaust manifolds used in GM9-3/9-5 also crack like the old ones ... at least in Portugal we have several cases
